I have signed up to begin creating custom surveys but cannot get into the admin area.

In order to create a survey, you need to enable "cookies" in your browser. In Internet Explorer you can do this by going to tools, then to internet options and changing your security settings to medium/high or below. There are similar setting in Mozilla, Netscape and Opera.

Can I add logic to questions to enhance my internet survey?

We make adding logic easy so you can create a survey with confidence. Adding logic to a question means that the question will be asked only if a particular response is given to a previous question. Can I compare my internet survey results to national averages?

Although we will never share the individual online surveys or answers of our other clients, we are currently developing a program that will help property managers compare data to a national benchmark in order to further their market research. If you are a property manager, you will be offered a selection of pre-made questions to choose from. When you select one of these questions for your online survey, your results will be entered into our national database. When this program is released, you will have the option to compare your results to the national benchmark at that time. Additional charges will apply.

How is secure are my data and online survey results?

Your data and online survey results are protected by enterprise-class firewall, encryption, and other technologies. Our hosting servers are located at a secure collocation facility in order to further secure the data from your internet survey.

How do I invite participants to my online survey?

You can invite participants to your online survey by manually entering their name and email address into our online database or by importing the information from an Excel spreadsheet. All of the information will be saved in your account for ease and convenience when creating future online surveys for additional market research. View Tutorial.

In what formats can I view my online survey results?

When your online survey is completed, you will view the results by accessing your account online. You may also export your results, as well as your online survey, to Excel for further manipulation.

What is the difference between an online survey and a web poll?

While there are technically no differences between an online survey and a web poll, a web poll usually refers to a online survey that is hosted on a website. With Wonder Survey you will have the option of putting a link on your website so that people may take your survey without being invited formally via email.
